My ties is spoilt when I received it. Can I have refund?
Buyer will have to take picture as claim of proof and send back the item to us after 3 days of receiving them along with the tracking number that we have sent. Do contact us via email. We will try our best to assist you.
Refund only for items that is spoilt.
When will I receive the items?
You will receive an email when we will send the items to you. As certain countries will have longer shipping period. We are unfortunate to tell you that we are not in control of time frame when the items reach to you. But we will send you the tracking number.
An estimation day to receive the items would be 14-28 days. In a rare situation, it may exceed 30 days due to awaiting the respective's country customs clearance especially festive seasons.
What are the refund policy?
Refund can only happen for item that is spoil or damaged. We will accept refund only within 3 days of the item reached you. You need to send us a photo of the damaged item and email to us. We will send you the shipping address and refunds can only happen when we receive the item and upon inspection.
If a buyer cancelled a non-faulty order, he/she is liable for the shipping cost to return the item back to us.
